Account Manager

Scellus is a technology agency based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We focus on solving problems to produce intelligent designs, deliver engaging experiences and build meaningful connections.

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and identifying sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with existing clients. You will be working closely with the Sales & Marketing departments.

Whether working on site or remotely, your communication skills will be as important as your technical ones. Collaborating across time zones requires constant, clear communication and coordination, via Slack, GitHub comments, documents, and frequent video conferences. Scellus is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, but half of our team works remotely. We know how to keep everyone on the same page, and so should you.

Your skill set will grow at Scellus. You will join a team excited about the problems they solve and the tools they use to solve them. You will find yourself regularly growing in your career, using new tools and frameworks to solve new kinds of problems—with support from management and mentors.

We’re also flexible if you need to work from home when required.

Roles & responsibilities.

  • End to End sales.
  • Pitch in our services to clients in Malaysia, US & Europe.
  • Plan various strategies to optimize client conversion.
  • Analyze data regularly to see which strategy is working the most and standardize the approach.
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting.

Experience required.

  • Diploma / Post-Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field as Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent studies are preferable.
  • Successful direct sales experience in Information Technology Solution / Services or related industries.
  • Candidates with proven sales track records from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with all level of people.
  • Highly motivated and goal- driven.
