Scellus new operating model

In short

A short note on what moved this quarter: which workflow stacks we extended, and what we changed in how we run reviews. This is placeholder seed copy for layout QA. No figures below are real performance data.

▪▪▪

This is placeholder seed content for layout QA, not a published update. Nothing below describes a real change to the Scellus product or operating model.

What is the Updates vertical for?

Updates is where we note operational and product changes: a workflow stack extended, a review process adjusted, a new integration supported. It sits alongside Legal, Finance, Operations, and Benchmarks as a fifth vertical on the same Insights hub.

We treat this the same way we treat a Review step elsewhere: a short, factual record of what changed and why, not a marketing announcement.

How often does this vertical get new pieces?

As often as something operational actually changes. We do not publish on a fixed schedule to fill the space; an empty Updates tab is preferable to a padded one.

Key takeaways

  1. 01Workflow Review scheduling now confirms a session window within two working days.
  2. 02Document control checks run against the same verification step used in matter readiness.
  3. 03This page exists to demonstrate the Updates vertical’s layout, not to announce real changes.

Start with the one workflow that keeps leaking time.

Don't overhaul everything at once. Start with a free fit check, and a focused review maps your channels, your rules, and the named outcome we would operate against.
