Accepting these terms.
These terms are an agreement between you and SCLS TECH SDN BHD (Company No: 201601039966 / 1210907-K), trading as "Scellus" and the operator of scellus.com. By using the site you agree to be bound by them, along with any special terms that apply to specific parts of the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives here and replaces any earlier one. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
The site.
The site hosts news, information, and details about Scellus services. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.
Intellectual property.
Scellus and its licensors own the site and everything on it: text, images, audio, marks, logos, software, and domains. It is all protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property law.
You get a limited licence to use the site as it is intended to be used. That does not include selling, copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing any of it without our written permission. Any unauthorised use ends that licence.
Trademarks and logos that are not ours belong to their respective owners.
Your conduct.
Use the site responsibly and within the law. Do not send anything containing viruses or harmful code, do not interfere with the servers or networks behind the site, and do not try to break, scrape, or abuse it.

Anything we collect or you submit through the site is handled under our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Feedback & ideas.
If you send us comments, suggestions, or ideas about the site, we may use them freely to build, market, or improve our products and services, without owing you payment or credit.

Indemnity. You agree to cover Scellus and our service providers for any third-party claims, damages, or reasonable legal costs caused by your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights.
Governing law.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and will be heard by the courts of Malaysia. Any claim must be filed within one year of when it arose, or it is permanently barred.
Suspension.
We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.
General.
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. Headings are for reference only. Our not enforcing something once does not waive our right to enforce it later. You cannot transfer these terms to anyone else. Together with the privacy policy, this is the entire agreement between you and Scellus regarding the site.
